What data we collect

• Email address — provided when you sign in, used to identify your account and send you updates about your requests.
• Name and company name — optionally provided in your profile, used to personalise communications.
• Design request content — titles, descriptions, and files you submit as part of the service.
• Billing information — handled entirely by Stripe. We do not store card details.

How we use your data

• To provide and manage your subscription and design requests.
• To send transactional emails (sign-in links, request updates, invoices).
• To process payments via Stripe.

We do not sell your data, use it for advertising, or share it with third parties beyond the services required to operate Slate (Supabase, Stripe, Resend).

Cookies

We use strictly necessary cookies only — specifically, a session cookie to keep you signed in. No analytics, advertising, or tracking cookies are used.

Data retention

Your data is retained for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by emailing hello@slate-design.co.uk.
